Honestly I had a pretty bad experience with Hamiltons. I took a ring in to get resized on a Saturday and went to pick it up the following Saturday and it was still too big. I said this as I collected it but they said it had been resized and was fine, but come back if it wasn't. I found this exchange quite condescending; I was standing there with the ring on, explaining it was too big, yet was effectively being told I was mistaken. Just wow! What an exceptional team, very approachable and professional. Tanya - was an absolute superstar. She put me at ease, guided me through the process of buying an engagement ring. It was effortless and my partner loved the ring. I stumbled upon them, just by walking through Hatton Garden. Wouldn't recommend another jeweller - Hamiltons are the best!
My wife and I came across Hamilton’s by accident, we wanted to get our wedding bands from a reputable dealer in Hatton Garden and we were blown away by how lovely, down to earth and helpful the staff were here. The rings arrived in quick time, they stored them securely until collection and even offered to polish my wife’s engagement ring in prep for the wedding free of charge.
