I'm very upset about how my relatives from California was treated by one staff member. Just asking how to get the code for the elevator. This staff was very mean to my relative and made her cry. I have visited this care home few times but never had any issues. Only takes one person to spoil it for everyone. Anyway after reporting to the manager who apologized to us. I feel this should not have happened.
Horrible customer service. The neighbouring building has tried to have talks with management and they have been nothing but useless. They do not care about their neighbours. Imagine if they are like that for your elderly loved ones. I would avoid this place at all costs.
