We had a very positive experience overall. Service was completed quickly, and they were able to locate and serve the individual at an address we didn’t even have — which was critical in our situation. They were also quick with service and professional on the phone, and communication was responsive throughout. They clearly know how to handle evasive service. Unprofessional and rude servers , they disclose confidential details with unrelated parties. When confronted they become defensive. Never asked for our ID upon serving. They opened our confidential envelopes without consent before serving them. Unprofessional!
