I was such an easy prosses and friendly environment. I've been getting service in the same place for 3 years and I'm not willing to change that
I have used Hamilton and Ruiz to prepare my personal and business takes for approximately the last three years. The last two years the taxes we not file on the day that I signed the tax documents. In May of 2019, I was notified that the taxes were never filed for the tax year 2017. After several emails and voicemail messages. Mr Hamilton informed me "I will contact them and take care of it. If there are any penalties I will pay them." Now all the sudden there is no response and no return phone calls from Mr Hamilton.
this guy is a joke. don't know how to do any business taxes.if you are a regular customer check with a different tax guy you will be surprised . I saved my self 2500 dollars by refusing this office tax preparation and have a second opinion. remember you can do it your self.if you get w2 ok . business avoid this office and you are welcome in advance.
