My daughter moved out of her college apartment and was charged 200 dollars for tub resurfacing. That is a bullshit charge. Her apartment was cleaned and her tub looked fine. There was no damage. That falls under wear and tear. She was there for 3 years and faithfully paid her rent. They are clearly taking advantage of these college kids 0/10 stars. Angry parent here!
