Used them for years and their rates kept climbing without notification. Left and found someone that was a fraction of the cost. Feels more like using a corporation and not a personalize tax attorney. Every time I went someone new and not very experienced reviewed my returns.

While this is a service I prefer not to do on my own. I think I'll start doing it on my own. Two or three years ago they charged $280.00. This year, they charged me $425.00. And, they claim that they gave me a discount. Absolutely disgusting rise in charges. It also took the place nearly a month to finish everything and my taxes are far from complicated. And, the fact that I will receive just enough back to technically not regain or owe any money is even more frustrating having waited so long. This is just what I get for yet... read more
