Ordered a few small items, some of which were out of stock with an estimated ship date a month out. After they didn't ship on the estimated date, HM wouldn't or couldn't give a status update and then stopped responding altogether. I'm glad I started with such a small order, as they simply kept my money and never followed up. Update: after I posted this review, they have since refunded me. Thanks.
