Very contradicting work experience. Was encouraged to 'take ownership of my department' and when I began to 'make my own decisions' one year and 3 months into the position, I was told to NOT make decisions on my own. Yet my boss continued to state there was this lack of 'taking ownership' in my department. Lastly, having less than a year under my belt the accounting department wanted to have me trained on creating orders.
