Hamilton Manor is definitely in need of upgrading but the staff makes up for it. Starting with the Administrator: he is very sincere & listens to any concerns or problems & then takes action to resolve them. He visits the dining room every day & talks to each resident to see how they are doing. The Social Worker: she's always there to help you with questions or problems & does her best to solve them while keeping everything private. Will never share private information. Our mother was able to spend the last five years of her life happy, comfortable, and deeply cared for after the staff at Hamilton Manor welcomed her into their family. In all that time, we never had a single negative experience. Every staff member who cared for her went out of their way to make her feel special, valued, and loved. The nursing staff is amazing and very friendly. The over all staff are very king to the patients. My mom is very happy there.

You have two nursing assistants there rather be on their phone than work I'm not going to mention the names but I think I know who they are and they rather keep the patients in the bed instead of getting them dressed and getting them up
