I'm so happy we had our mom Rose pelano stay at the Hamilton nursing home it was the best thing we could ever done for her.Every single person there you could tell they love there job.They all take care of the residents Soo very well .Amy in the office was exceptional nice she came out of her office every day and looked after our mom.she even fed her food when she could help herself anymore .Any one looking for a place for you loved one I highly recommend Hamilton nursing home on long pond . everyone is like family and they ... read more
My mom wet to hamilton manor for rehab, once she got there it did not take much time at all for her to say she liked it and wanted to stay. She finally found the place that she wanted to call home. She made so many friends there and was so happy. A big relief to me just to see her smile. The staff are all wonderful and friendly, I just don't have enough words to explain. My 85 year old father with Parkinson’s was at Hurlbut Hamilton Manor for 4 weeks of physical therapy after a fall. The Social Worker was very supportive and helpful. She kept me updated on all aspects of my father’s recovery. The physical therapist and her team were wonderful. They shared the therapy plans with me and explained what each element would do with helping in my father’s recovery. My father loved the Aids and Cleaning Staff. Hamilton Manor has been good to my Dad. It is clean, caring, comfortable and safe. I heard so many stories about nursing homes but it has been nothing but a good experience for us at Hamilton. Everyone knows and cares for my dad, we are kept informed about his wellbeing, and they are just nice people. From the lovely Social Worker, to the Nurses, Aids and the people who keep everythig clean, everyone has been so nice. And cudos to the kitchen staff. The food is great.
