My mother-in-law has lived there for more than a year. both my wife and i visit her several times a week. We have met many of the staff and they are friendly, helpful and respectful to the residents and visitors. My mother-in-law shared her meals with us and they are tasty. The food is less salty oily than the dishes in typical Chinese restaurants.
This is place is horrid. Managers nowhere to be found, lack of response, front desk is absolutely useless. If that is an indication of how this place is run, I would not trust leaving your loved ones at this "care home". They are very much so incompetent.... As you can see multiple issues people are having as per the reviews. Stray away.
