Please DO NOT choose to stay with Hamilton High Street Residence! My grandfather was hospitalized and needed immediate full-time care. The Sales Team at Hamilton made an agreement with my grandmother for her to pay extra money upfront because it would be "easier to pay rent". My grandparents agreed to pay an extra 3 months worth of rent upfront because Becky and the Sales Team made my grandmother feel as if they would reject my grandfather's stay if she didn't pay them the extra money. This was one of the worst places I've ever lived. Fire alarms go off at least once a month. Seniors residence so one time an old lady was stuck in her power wheelchair at the top of the stairs when the fire alarms came on and nobody came to check on her. I only saw her after the situation was cleared and we were returning to our units. Poor woman was frightened and confused sitting in the stairwell by herself. Power outages once a month. I am leaving this review as 1 star as I am very disappointed with the management at this facility. Don’t be fooled by the great reviews that were left around 4 years ago. Those reviews were to the previous management and not the current management. If you are looking to work here, PLEASE and I mean PLEASE look at their indeed reviews by their previous staff. Take this as an advice to stay away from this facility. You’re better off somewhere else! edit: they delete google reviews so be aware of that.
