My mother, 82, stayed a few months at the Hamilton senior residence. The unsafe environment had ants in the unit every day, flies, mosquitoes get into the unit easily, cause there are no screened windows. She had bad bites from mosquitoes and had to see doctor for antibiotics. The sales lady there coaxed my mother to put down a prepaid rent for 2 years with the promise that the money will be returned if my mother decided to change her mind and move out.
