I went to Hamilton Health & Wellness Centre for a massage, and my therapist was Amber. It was a very good session. She listened carefully to my concerns and focused on the areas I mentioned, which made a noticeable difference. The centre was clean, well-maintained, and had a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend both Amber and the clinic.
June 2nd. 90 minute massage with Samm went great!! She got all the right spots! I told her she was a miracle worker. Also if you need deep massages, shes got the strength to do it! I have been coming to Nancy from the moment she opened her clinic, and even in her student days. She has kept me on my feet. I am active and usually have self-induced injuries or issues and she's been able to ease my discomfort so my rest days get full benefit of rest ... and then I can return to regular workouts. Osteopathy is amazing! And so is Nancy! :)
My experience with Alison was very productive. Her skills and experience were obvious based today appointment and her advice going forward to seems very solid.
