I see a parent complained about a 1:7 ratio in classrooms - that is better than it usually is! KinderCare, being a publicly traded company, is required to act in the best interests of its shareholders - the standard of care here will continue to decrease as upper-management, and corporate-level employees are more concerned with enriching themselves and those who hold company stock. // this center in particular has been problematic - I think it has had 5 center directors over 2 years? My son was here for maybe a month but I had to pull him out for multiple reasons. The staff (esp management) were not friendly and the classrooms were constantly left with one teacher in charge of 7 babies alone. The vibe isnt what you would expect from a center like this!

I do not recommend it at all!! The times we went to ask for information, our daughter came in very excited because the place has nice facilities. We explained that our daughter has autism, they told us that there was no problem, since they already had a case of another child like that, however, the day we arrived they had not defined which class to assign her to even though they already had her supposedly clear entry date. No lo recomiendo en absoluto!! Las veces que fuimos a pedir información nuestra hija entraba muy ilusionada ya que el lugar tiene bonitas instalaciones, nosotros explicamos que nuestra niña tiene autismo, ellos nos dijeron que no habia problema, ya que tenían un caso ya de otro niño así, sin embargo el día que llegamos no tenían definido a qué clase asignarla a pesar de que tenían ya su fecha de ingreso supuestamente clara.
