Shocking service ordered an item on 2 day delivery it is now day 4 and it still hasn't arrived, customer service is shocking and all they offer is a £2 refund, no intention of getting my item to me within 2 days, avoid like the plaque

Really Disappointed to have to reach out here. Communication has been APPALLING. No response to emails or calls. It has been months since we received faulty products from Hamilton Gas Products shipped to Greek Tings Ltd. Originally it started by not using their 'friend' gas engineer Mark so the price skyrocketed by 50%. Not only that, they shipped us 2 leaking gas steel hoses, & gas regulators that were checked by a certified gas engineer.
