Really Disappointed to have to reach out here. Communication has been APPALLING. No response to emails or calls. It has been months since we received faulty products from Hamilton Gas Products shipped to Greek Tings Ltd. Originally it started by not using their 'friend' gas engineer Mark so the price skyrocketed by 50%. Not only that, they shipped us 2 leaking gas steel hoses, & gas regulators that were checked by a certified gas engineer. Received help from their technical department(Martin) very helpful and helped me sort out my problem, couldn't have been more helpful.
Customer care have completely failed. I placed an order via the website on Boxing Day. The countdown banner stated that if I ordered within 17 hours my order would arrive 31st December if I selected and paid for 2 day delivery, which I did. I wrote to customer care on the 31st when my order failed to arrive, I attached a screenshot showing the banner count down, on that day it showed orders would arrive on the 3rd. You really get to know how good a company is when something goes wrong. I am in the UK for one week and I ordered a crepe maker from Hamilton Gas Products. It arrived damaged and I needed to return it and get the replacement within 6 days. The company could not have been more apologetic or helpful when it came to meeting this requirement.
