Extremely disappointed with the service provided. Communication regarding deadlines and procedural requirements was poor, often leading to rushed filings and unnecessary stress. Despite the high hourly fees, I felt I had to 'hand-hold' the staff through my case and even lead my own court discussions. The lack of direction and administrative hurdles made a difficult process much harder. Managing the legal team, during an already difficult time, is the last thing anyone needs.
