They are the best. I purchased two high-end bikes. Mustache and a bull bike. Awesome selection of bikes. It is a must-see.
3/5 experience until I bought my 3,500 EBike - thereafter, these guys (Ryan , especially) made me feel like a nuisance and annoyed them for “taking up space” when my bike was in for servicing. The bike I bought was the Aventon 2024 - not even 30 days after purchase, its motor had catastrophic failure and needed to be replaced *under warranty - I was patient and understood that it would take them some time to get the part and have it serviced. Best money i ever spent ,
Not happy, brought my bike for a simple tire tube change and got it returned with sudden problems. Suddenly my control panel doesnt work and was quick to be told they not a dealer for my bike and nothing they can do. Now im out almost a hundred bucks, and cant use my bike for upcoming camping trip. They did try to problem solve but not very informative, no rebate or refund offered, and basically told not their fault, bad timing. Will not return or refer people i know.
