Jay and Mike were amazing. They are patient, knowledgeable men. They take a lot of time to make sure you’re getting the bike that suits your needs and fits you perfectly. I received excellent service in getting Canadian based batteries rather than being subject to U. S. Current and the dreaded tariffs. Greg went above and beyond my expectations. This is to correct previous rating as this is my first time doing any review.
Visited Hamilton Electric Bikes recently and bought an iGO Royal UF. It was an absolute pleasure to talk to Greg. He patiently answered all my questions regarding E Bikes. I would love to visit the store again and would recommend it to anyone looking to get a good e bike.
