Shout out to Heather, Shanika and the rest of the wonderful staff I had the pleasure of meeting today while visiting a resident for the first time. The atmosphere is warm and friendly… and as Shanika said it’s like a big family… And I agree. Thank you again for making my visit to the facility a positive experience.
