Told me the bus would be at the stop at 6:10 it is now 6:20, this system is a joke, missed 2 days of school now thanks.
If I could give a zero rating, I would. This service is a joke!! IT IS NOT A CHILDS JOB TO UPDATE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ROUTE CHANGES, IT'S THE DEPARTMENTS! But in order to update everyone publicly would mean that you would have to admit OUT LOUD that your drivers have been operating illegally for years now, unchecked. Worst transportation system. My daughter was off of school from being sick and the bus driver stopped picking her up and left my 9 year old child outside in the cold waiting for a very long time. Ridiculous
