Anyone taking a cab from this company, should always remember, to look thoroughly, before leaving their cab - especially cab no. 112 - as if you leave something behind, you may never see it again. Today, i took that cab to a medical/dental appointment. I went in the cab with my purse, gloves, and sunglasses. When i came out, I had my purse and gloves. We recently dealt with a stolen credit card and some fraudulent charges. I contacted Hamilton Cab regarding one of the transactions, and they were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to assist, provided the information needed for the police report, and were incredibly responsive throughout the process. Their support made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Very impressed.
Just got cut off on Kenilworth access by one of their drivers, I was last car , he literally would’ve crushed the front of my car. If I had not hit the brakes he literally forced his way in ,these people advertise a safe route and delivery of yourself to your destination. That is a complete joke from what I just saw. I am a driver during the day at a company and I see these guys racing around all over the place cutting everybody off. How are they still in business?
