Well, to be honest, the only reason I use them is because my job sends my check there. I had a debit card and my house burned down so I got another one then I got in a wreck and lost all my ID so I had to get another one. If all that was not bad enough I got in a fight and some how lost my wallet and so of course I lost my debit card again and the bank said I can not be eligible for another debit so I monitor my funds and remove them to another bank that I have a debit card so I can pay bills on it.

For a notary, the bank actually asked if I was a member of the bank. As my mother and father have used this bank since the 70’s. I’m FLOORED. To be informed that this bank WILL NOT notarize my paperwork due to the fact that I do not personally have an active account at this bank!! WOW. The community will know
