I ordered a couple of squares end of September. As it turned out one was backed ordered and they didn't arrive til nov 13. This in no way reflects on the service I received from Hamels..supplier shipping is regulated by the supplier not the individual shops..During this period I received a reply to everyone of my enquiries regarding the status of my order within a few hours. I would definitely place future orders with them.
