This morning, my colleague Sam and I visited Hamble Heights after being kindly invited by Yvonne to deliver a taster session for our Strong Minds, Strong Bodies programme. From the moment Yvonne welcomed us at the door, we were blown away not only by her warmth, but also by the incredibly positive and uplifting atmosphere throughout the home.
