Just leaving my favourite doctor and all of the lovely and helpful staff
Had a visit with the doctor about a few things and forgot to ask a renewal of a referral for a cancer clinic that i go to. Called right back once i got home to see if we could organise to pick it up. The answer was no, I'll have to make another appointment to see the doctor in person. What for, i said, I'm already a patient at the cancer clinic and I'm just looking for a renewal. Positive: made the appointment quickly and reception were nice and polite. Negatives: waited more than half an hour, which would have been fine if I'd gotten some reasonable help, but the doctor saw me for less than 5 minutes and barely looked at me or listened to me, and didn't look at the issue. He just put me on antibiotics and said maybe I'll have to go on a severe drug which causes significant issues and I've been on, which has caused me serious issues. Additionally.
