This mortgage team was hands down the best team to work with. They went out of their way to ensure that we received the best mortgage rate, etc. We were constantly updated on any pending items to ensure timely completion. They made us feel like we were family, not just a client. They were not only professional, extremely competent, but friendly with a great sense of humour. I would recommend Halton team mortgage to anyone and everyone. If you use someone else you definitely won't receive the same customer service and care.
I highly recommend taking the time to meet with HTM. My wife and I had been to banks in the past and really didn't have a comfortable or confident feeling after meeting with any of the in-house staff at banks (TD, NBC, Tandia).
