Got confirmation my loan had been accepted was requested to change my child benefit details. Rang to find out why I hadn't received my loan documents to be told they needed to receive my first payment before any documents were sent out and loan agreements were issued. Seems like a scam. Never had this before when using other credit union services always been issued the loan on the day I changed my details. Do not recommend.
