They’re rip offs! Don’t come and do your taxes here. The last time I used them, the lady charged me $1,500 to do my taxes. I didn’t have any other extra to do my taxes. It was just a normal regular tax to do. A basic return tax. I recommend just to go to the irs.gov and do your own taxes. It walks you through it for free and you get your whole tax return. If I could, I would give this place no stars at all they are very careless with your information jelisa sharp is the one who worked on my return she put the wrong bank name, routing number and account number the wrong information. I never received my tax return. then, when they figure out they messed up, they don’t answer the phone, very careless and sketchy
I got my taxes done with Monique she was very helpful and made the process even smoother. Definitely ask for her when wanting to do your taxes.
Im not going to bash the company but there is definitely a reason why they are one star!
Definitely do not get your Taxes done here! Warning! they will deceive you and not answer the phone when you try to call them on their mistakes. They charged me over 3 times the amount for the same service, that they did the year before, without disclosing the charges and entering me into a shady Green Dot agreement that cost an additional $50, for them to then take a percentage of my refund that ended up being almost 4X the amount it should've been.
