If I could, I would give this place no stars at all they are very careless with your information jelisa sharp is the one who worked on my return she put the wrong bank name, routing number and account number the wrong information. I never received my tax return. then, when they figure out they messed up, they don’t answer the phone, very careless and sketchy
I got my taxes done with Monique she was very helpful and made the process even smoother. Definitely ask for her when wanting to do your taxes.
