The worst customer Service Experience EVER !!!!! Having ordered an Item from this Company on 12/08/2018 and a million calls later trying to reach customer service from the time there lines open at 9am to be told by a Robot that all the lines are busy. Are you kidding me ?????? I am still waiting for a response to an email sent on 12 / 14 /2018 Then to hold online only to be Disconnected or to be told to Press 1 only for the Call back to tell you that they are still Busy when they FINALLY do call you back ?? WORST return policy along with the WORST customer service. You’re better off buying their merchandise through a third party seller just to avoid dealing with this shady company. I will never purchase anything directly through their website again. They truly do not care about their customers and just want to suck out every dollar they can!
Poor Customer Service- Terrible return policy, they fool you on the return labels because if Fedex doesn't deliver on the 14th day, the 15th day Fedex delivers it you are no longer eligible for a return by payment method.
Love Halston Heritage dresses, but they overcharged me for a dress and refused to adjust the price. Purchased a dress online for $75 and even though there is no sales tax for clothing under $110.00 in NYC the charged me double what the tax would have been if there was and refused to refund the $13.31. Absolutly dishonest.
