Very professional and quick service
Big Hispanic lady, or whatever nationality she is between the hours of 2:30PM On 10/11/2024 Her attitude was just horrible very unprofessional to be in that field. I get Chicago u have to have tough skin but to be dealing with people finances and be disrespectful to people is a nooo. (I work as well we all have a company standard of professionalism to be uphold) just came in for a plate sticker an she was just incompetent, inconsiderate to it being my first time renewal plate sticker, ur bad day shouldn't effect ur customers... read more
I've been a customer at this particular currency exchange since July 2023. It's convenient, has all the common services and staff is nice. The only service that seems to have issues is western union. On the side note: the photos displayed are incorrect. Those photos are of Liberty Tax Services located few blocks down the street.
