Horrible experience. I NO longer EVER reccomend this company. I WAS - a VERY loyal customer. I had placed orders with 2 day expedited shipping from both RIO Grande and Halstead at the same time. Rio grand send an email as soon as my order was processed, then another that it had been shipped properly within the 2 day window.
