Love love love shopping at Halstead for my chains!! They offer starter kids for silver smithing as well and just ordered my first one, along with free media videos to help get started. Thank you Halstead for going above and beyond for your customers!
Incredible customer service, quality products, and speedy shipping! I love that anytime I’ve had to contact them, I’m brought directly to a human and not some machine/bot.
I've ordered from Halstead several times. Their customer service is outstanding. It's nice to interact with actual people instead of AI. They have always been very quick to respond and ship out orders promptly.
What a fantastic jewelry supply company! Shipments are created the same day as the order, and customer service is amazing. They have a great supply of tools, findings and materials. So happy to have found this company!
