I have ordered from Halstead Jewelry a number of times for my jewelry making needs. I hunt for quality and for price, and Halstead comes out on top for many of those needs.
Great customer service and communication. They were super quick to contact me (within an hour of placing my order) that there was an issue. I ordered 60" of a chain and they had a 57" section and a 3" section -did I want both to complete my order? Rather than just giving me what I ordered (regardless of it being continuous chain or not)they took the time to check in. I choose to leave off the 3". This is what separates good from great customer service!
