This firm has handled three real estate transactions for me and each time they identified and resolved issues that have saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. This agency does not do a thorough job as closing agents on a house. I was the seller in a transaction handled by them, so buyers chose them. The home equity line on the house was never closed, even though I had submitted all necessary documentation to closing agents for this. Why was it not closed? Because the bank did not receive the documents. I had to resend these documents to the bank myself, having found out a week later that these were never received.
