Jillian was my massage therapist and was wonderful. This was my first visit to Halo and I have already booked another massage.
We did the salt room for valentines day, amazing people. very relaxing!!!
I already knew salt was a natural cleanser, and it makes sense that salt therapy would be great for the respiratory system and skin (think beachy air) but I did not realize how effective the salt room (and tent) would be for clearing out sinus and chest congestion, or how quickly it would make such a drastic difference. The medicine on the shelves just cannot compare. Salt therapy is the way to go, I'm a believer!
