If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. John has managed multiple properties and it has always been like pulling teeth to get rental payments. Don’t become a victim like me stay clear and you’ll be happy you did.

Jan and John manage mine and my husbands 8 properties in Redford Township. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure that we’re taken care of and that our investments are protected. They always seem to get back to us with solutions to any problems or concerns that may arise and are very professional with handling our tenants. We’ve been with Halo Property Management for almost 7 years now and continue to trust them with any new properties because we know they’ll do a terrific job.

We had our property managed by Halo/John Keenan for 6 years. My experience was completely aggravating to borderline circus — cuts corners, arrogant, uncommunicative, disorganized, takes no responsibility. Halo’s contract says they take care of all municipal ordinance requirements. Except Halo never registered the home, so it racked up over $1000 in fines. John & Jan manage an investment property in Redford Township for me. They are experienced property managers and real estate attorneys. They have helped me every step of the way from buying the property to managing the property for me. I literally do nothing, and they put money in my account every month. It's awesome.
