This is my first head spa experience and all I can say is “wow!” It exceeded my expectation and definitely worth the 2 months wait. It felt so good and relaxing! My appointment is with Lo and she is wonderful! She takes her time and explains everything thoroughly and what her next step is going to be. I highly recommend her. Front staff is also very friendly. From start to finish this was a great experience. The receptionist was very sweet and professional. Taylor did an EXCELLENT job. She is a miracle worker on the neck & shoulders. My scalp and hair feel great! I'll probably book a monthly appointment. I loved it that much.
Beautiful Spa, Wonderful Staff, but Inconsistent Experience My daughter gifted me a spa day at Halo Head Spa for Christmas, and we both booked the Diamond Package (75 minutes) together. Seriously wonderful experience and will come back for it again. I got the Diamond Halo with Targeted Scalp Treatment and would 10/10 recommend. The spa is clean and modern and offer light refreshments while waiting. The products are all natural. The Diamond Halo comes with a scalp analysis (super microscopic camera) and she was able with that to show me literally where I was having irritation. The good, the bad and the ugly. The good: the person who did my service (Elizabeth) had a very soothing voice and made sure to let me know each of the steps she was doing. I added the blowout on to my service and she gave me one of the best blowouts I've ever had! My hair looked amazing. The massager tool she used on my head felt so good and she gave a decent scalp massage. She was the bright side of the whole services. The bad: I guess I was just expecting more of the actual "Halo".
