I wish I could give this place 100 stars!! The environment is so calming and serene. They have complimentary refreshments while you’re waiting for your specialist. I had an osmosis facial with Lorianna. That girl is seriously amazing! She was super informative and made me feel SO comfortable for my first ever facial. She addressed all of my skin concerns and even gave me some great advice to use at home with my daily face regime. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! My friend and I had the Platinum Halo - 60 Minutes (mine was with Lorianna Gonzalez) earlier today and let me tell you ~ she is a true gem. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional, but her attention to detail and tactful approach made the entire experience unforgettable. This morning I had the Diamond Halo treatment for the first time and it was just an amazing time! Walked in to a nice clean and inviting spa. The receptionist (apologies I forgot her name) was so friendly and welcoming. I had actually spoken with her on the phone to book my appointment and she was just so friendly and helpful then also.
