Whoever is the receptionist who answers the phone is very rude! From the first time I called she was not friendly at all. And the third time I talk to her she was very unfriendly. That’s why I canceled my appointment!

I had an appointment set for 130. I did all of my pertinent paperwork online via zocdoc. I went to my appointment, was on time, sat for half an hour with no one in the waiting room, had my weight, BP, etc taken by the nurse. Irene came into the exam room and was explicitly rude to me because my health insurance did not cover anything other then a yearly physical/lab work. However the physical and blood work would not be revealed to me because my insurance "did not cover that". So all and all, horrible customer service, rude ... read more
