I’ve had a great experience here. I’ve been a patient for several years and they are thorough, knowledgeable, and take the time to really listen and answer questions without making you feel rushed. The office is well-run and appointments are efficient. I feel confident in the care I’m receiving and would definitely recommend.
Dr Irene Hallock was recommended to me by a neighbor. I just moved here, and needed a new doctor. She has been extremely thorough. Complete blood work, and started me on high blood pressure medication. With all the changes that come with a move, my lifestyle has also changed. With diet, exercise, and my meds, I plan to be cleared quickly. Dr Hallock has taken time each appointment to go over what labs she needs and followed up the day they were posted. Here’s a shorter, still balanced version: --- I searched for an “ENT near me” and was directed to Dr. Irene at NP Care. My 9:00 a.m. appointment was confirmed, but I waited about 30 minutes before being taken back. At that point, I was informed that she is a Primary Care Doctor, not an ENT specialist, which was frustrating since that’s specifically what I was looking for. Doctor Hallock has been the greatest breath of fresh air in the medical care offered in the area. She has always taken my concerns seriously. Upon first meeting me, I was given a referral to a GI specialist, when I had been given a “shut up” pill by my last doctor and sent away. She listens to your concerns with expert care, and she tries to offer the best possible solution for you, not just medication.
