My 82 year old mom recently underwent total knee replacement and we decided to place her in Cleveland Health Care Center and Rehab. My mom also has Dementia, so she also needed memory care as well. The care my mom has received has been exactly what we, as a family hoped for. The nurses are caring and helpful, to my mom and to us. The staff has great attitudes, not just where mom is but all over the facility. We are very happy with our decision.

I highly recommend Cleveland Health Care Center for long-term care. While I believe no one can care for our loved ones with the same love and devotion as family, I truly feel my sister received compassionate, respectful care during her stay from 2024 to 2026. I am so very pleased with the level of care and compassion that Cleveland Health Care and staff have shown my mom. She has been here since January and is always hugging staff and telling me how nice everyone is. The business office is helping with Medicaid. The activities director keeps the residents going and brings in volunteers and organizations to help with activities. They have a dedicated memory care which most Medicaid nursing homes don’t. I feel that my sister is safe and well taken care of at Cleveland Healthcare. There are numerous nurses and they are so caring and helpful. That takes a lot of worry away.
