I am so very pleased with the level of care and compassion that Cleveland Health Care and staff have shown my mom. She has been here since January and is always hugging staff and telling me how nice everyone is. The business office is helping with Medicaid. The activities director keeps the residents going and brings in volunteers and organizations to help with activities. They have a dedicated memory care which most Medicaid nursing homes don’t. I feel that my sister is safe and well taken care of at Cleveland Healthcare. There are numerous nurses and they are so caring and helpful. That takes a lot of worry away.
I really loved all the staff the Nurses CNAs, and especially to the Physical Therapists Thank you so much for all your care and support and believing in me. 🥰🥰🤗🤗
Well after the completion of my dental work the price only ended up being $10 more. Still needs fine tuning but tired of having appointments
