I would give this place a ZERO star if I could got my daughter Santa pictures through the school. The pictures were great and spent over 100$ for a package to only get one picture and not at all the other picture I ordered it that took numerous voicemails for over a week to finally get a response said was sending out Monday a week later NOTHING says lost tracking/threw it away and will email them after 2 1/2 weeks! My mom and I paid for my boys football pictures and someone who didn’t even purchase them got the proofs before the paying customer did. This is a poor business etiquette.

Had an amazing photo session at Hallmark Professional Portraits in Lubbock! The photographer was professional and patient with the young ones, with great lighting and backdrop options. The final photos exceeded our expectations - vibrant colors, excellent clarity, and delivered on time. Fair pricing with no hidden fees, and the owner explained all options without any pressure. Highly recommend for anyone needing professional portraits in Lubbock. We'll definitely be back!
