I have not lived in this complex, but we went for a tour. We were late to our appointment. Stephanie was very patient and kind as she took us through the whole facility. My mom was impressed with what she saw

This facility was at one time a wonderful place to live, just ask residents who have lived there many years. In recent years it has become a nightmare: elevators that don't work; rules that are unreasonable, you have to report all overnight guests; no automatic doors thus making it difficult to get in and out for those using wheelchairs and walkers; old windows that leak; only one garage entrance; rude management; if a resident dies or needs to go to a nursing home their family is responsible for the rent due on their lease;... read more
