As a family, we have been very impressed with the process of moving our 91-year-old aunt into Hallmark on the Park. The staff and residents have gone above and beyond to make her feel so welcomed. She is loving the delicious meals, ice cream socials, activities, and even getting her hair done weekly. It has not taken her long to feel settled and enjoy her new surroundings. We are now at ease knowing she is cared for, safe, and thriving. Thank you very much to everyone!

Hallmark, in Abbotsford, has housed my parents, first at The Lake and then at The Park for over 10 years. Over those years, the staff members have become to feel like more than service and care workers, more than friends, almost like part of an extended family, for us. As an Assisted Living Facility we have been happy to have Mom stay, and have had no compaints about the care. I do want to remind families that Hallmark at the Park does not provide Long Term Care, and it is easy to become complacent and shove the future back ... read more

I would like to add to my previous review, Recently, have had the opportunity to interact with the recently appointed Hallmark at the Park, Health Services Co-ordinator, Kiran , regards the care of my Mother. I am very impressed with her knowledge, her professionalism, her followup and her enthusiasm to provide caring and logical solutions.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at Hallmark on the Park! From the moment we toured the facility, it was clear that this is a place where the staff truly cares about their residents. My 92 year old mother has been here for one month and we are delighted with the caring staff, the delicious meals, the quiet surroundings and the loving acceptance of each unique person.
