BUYERS BEWARE…….This is my 3rd time working with this company. All 3 experiences were the same. It takes forever to get anything done and communication is poor. Never any communication from Vitto unless I reach out. 2-3 weeks goes by and my shower is still out of use. The installers show up with no warning, scratch my toilet seat by setting there tools on it, don’t install brackets and no communication. Excellent company, for shower installs and all type of glass work.
I’ll start by saying that Vitto and his subcontractors were very friendly. Unfortunately, the glass was measured incorrectly in the beginning , which delayed the install. Then again and again we had delays. Our project was exceedingly over the expected finish date. Contractors would come out, realize the didn’t have the necessary parts and we would wait another week or so. It just felt like no one knew what was going on.
