I have been going to this store for 12 years, at least and it has always been a pleasure. However, that being said, i had an unusual experience here the day before father's day and do not feel comfortable going back. This won't affect everyone, but if you have upset someone who works there, outside of hallmark?? Well, it was made clear that I was not welcome Saturday and dont know if i should go back again or not.
