After seeing other facilities this would be the only one I would take my loved one to. It's very clean and well staffed.

We relocated to the area a year ago and were skeptical about moving my father-in-law from Colorado as well. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. My father- in-law received wonderful care from such a professional, kind staff. We were always kept informed about any health changes and we feel he was so clean and well cared for.

We took the grandkids to trick or treat. The staff was excellent to us. We will be back next year

My husband has been at Hallmark for 8 months, and receives very good care. I wish that the owners could renovate and update the building. The rooms are small. My husband has been in and out of 3 other facilities for respite/rehab, and Hallmark has the best staff in my opinion. They treat my husband and me like family. Update: My husband has now been at Hallmark for 15 months, and is very well cared for. I wouldn't send him anywhere else.

My mom went into hospice care at this facility recently at the recommendation of a friend who knows many members of the care team. I am very thankful for the special way in which all members of the staff treated her and cared for her. They all strive to take care of each resident as though that person is family.
