We ordered a custom wood board with engraving. The employee who helped us said we would get a call and image sent to us before they engraved the design. We didn't have anyone reach out to us about the design or to pick it up...when we called and asked and mentioned that no one reached out to us,the employee on the phone said. they were too busy.such rude people!!
