Staff went out of their way to find the item I wanted. Even checked their storage room!
This past week was their Ornament Premiere, there was a slight confusion about online ordering but the staff at Hallmark were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help clear the misunderstanding. I appreciated the staff taking the time to call me and update me. My ornaments arrived quickly and I can’t wait to hand them.
