What a disappointment. I've been attending Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Premiere events for years, but this was my first time visiting the Heartland Town Centre location. I truly hope I can change this review in the future, but this was, without question, the most disappointing Keepsake Premiere I've ever attended. Every other Hallmark location I've visited has gone out of its way to make Premiere weekend feel like a special event. Customer service was to point the store was in mint conditions the sales associates are extremely friendly I will I will return.
