You sent a survey as if I had moved into this facility. In fact I was there for 11 days for rehab after surgery. Your employees are good most of them. Your management sucks. Your food was the worst intutionalized food I have ever had. The insurance company sent me home on the weekend. I told everyone I was leaving on Sunday.
