Our experience with Mr Halleran was not only great but also a very positive experience. He helped us get through a very difficult situation. He is tough yes, but only because he wants what’s best for his clients. No matter when we called him he immediately called back.
Amazing person and always willing to help someone in need. As soon as we contacted him, he made time right away to speak and give his input on the situation. He is very knowledgeable and a great lawyer.
In my opinion this is one of the most unprofessional, rudest, most arrogant lawyers you will ever come across. Likes to talk over people, likes to argue, likes to make people feel small and stupid. His behavior is deplorable and to be honest, he should not be allowed to practice law in NJ. He is out of touch, has no idea how to read or open an email, can not keep up with modern communication. Best lawyer in NJ. Straight and to the point. Very fair, honest and extremely knowledable on all aspects of law. It is too bad there are not more attorneys like him anymore. I was referred by an ex judge as was told that he would be was the best real estate attorney he knew. He was absolutely correct. The matter was closed in less than 45 days when everyone else either denied the case or said it would take up to a year. Thank you again, Jon Madsen
Horrible experience. I went in to speak about how his daughter Kayla is stalking and harassing my ENTIRE family and he shrugged it off. I have years of records and multiple police reports. I would not leave ANY information with this family it is not safe.
