Awful, we have been dealing with them for almost a year and our system is still not working properly. They installed air conditioning for us and it never cooled the house or kept to the temp we set the thermostat to. They keep putting us off and don’t address the problem. A tech from their company said they installed a system that is not the right size for our house. Very disappointing and expensive.
A HUGE shout out to technician Chad who just left our home. After our furnace broke late at nite and no heat, I called Haller in the morning and was greeted by Deb who was so kind and understanding of the situation, she was able to schedule an appointment to have someone look at it. The technician Chad was very curtious and fixed the problem in no time and provided us with heat again. I highly recommend for all HVAC needs. Will definitely call if service is needed again!!!!!
