October 2024 is when I started working for this great company. I and alot of my coworkers love our boss Mrs Christina Woody. She is fair to all her workers. I think this company is all about family cause we are there to help one another. From Mississippi I love working for Hallcon.

I drove for Hallcon. By the time I turned in my notice, I had been blamed for things other drivers were doing. Now I'm being told by current drivers that I'm not rehirable, I've received numerous complaints from railroaders about being an unsafe driver, and I had a 3rd accident while I was still employed with Hallcon but no date was given. If someone has a grudge against me for whatever reason, it needs to stop. I receive little to no communication from anyone when it comes to finding out the actual truth. Was told we would be paid for mandatory safety meeting. Over a month a d still not paid. Horrible vans at location, With all sorts of maintenance issues. Can't get oil or windshield fluid. Parts are falling off.Windshields are cracked, Seats are broken and nothing is being done. Shop vac is broken and we can't even keep these things clean. Very poorly managed company
