At this point I'm worried this is not a real business and instead a scam website. I ordered a set of drawers in February and in March I still had not received an email with delivery information or a tracking link. I followed up via email and was told the courier had damaged my drawers and now they are out of stock, I would have to wait until the end of March for a different set of drawers to be available. I placed my order on Thursday, and it was delivered by Sunday! I was amazed at how quickly everything arrived. The whole process was smooth, and I'm really happy with my purchase.
My Beata hall table I bought from hallams keysborough is fabulous so was my shopping experience with the staff especially Benny. It took a little time to put together but it was worth it. The Quality is exquisite,it was delivered from their store to Moama in NSW in 2 days.
Decent timber, but everything else is terrible. I ordered one of their nursery chest of drawers and from the delivery I’ve discovered a number of quality issues. There were scratches and scuff marks on multiple panels, screw holes were not lining up, the base of the whole chest of draws was a completely different colour of white (more of a yellow tinge). I bought the Hampton Ash Wood 9 Chest of Drawers in Brown and after assembling, some of the draws don't fit the tracks properly. I have attempted to contact Hallams home and all they did was send me instructions. All instructions have been followed. The material feels cheap and the draws don't work. I feel ignored and nothing has been done about it. I spent $860. I do not recommend this company.
