I am reading the reviews here and Hall Payne seem pretty competent. However, I reluctantly report they have a severe blind sport with association law. I probably wouldn't get them to help with a club constitution or anything like that.

I think if you are talking to an employment lawyer things are not always going so well in life. This was our situation when someone suggested Joe Kennedy. Joe provided understanding and sensitivity at the same time as frank and practical assessments of the situation.
