If I could give a zero star, I would this is the rudest company I’ve ever spoke with. They treat everyone with disrespect and just want their money, but won’t even reciprocate /communicate money handling issues. I have emailed for weeks straight phone called for a weeks straight and cannot get on the phone with anybody who can give me a straightforward answer. they’re just wanting your money, even though you don’t owe them any money at the point.
They will not represent you correctly. Do not use this firm even if they offer to do it for free
Super unprofessional. Attempted to call multiple times to settle a debt that is not even enough money worth filing a law suit over but these people (Alexander Hall) would rather terrorize the general public instead of accept original payment for a debt around $500. Shame on this place
Went court a 2 years ago over my bank account getting hacked now mind you this bank has had a major problem with this it happened to me twice i was told by the fraud customer service person i wouldn't be reasonable for it went court a YEAR later mind you to try to settle waited in court the lawyer was late he had No idea what he was there for i filled out paperwork the law firm sent before my court date submitted all assets he looked though paperwork immediately asked you going to make a payment today after sitting for less ... read more
I had a garnishment, which on my end was my fault I should’ve paid what I paid. But the issue is when they set up my garnishment. My total was over $7000 which I paid and completed now out of nowhere. I’m getting hit with another garnishment from the same law office for another $1100 for the same company that I didn’t even go to But now they won’t answer my phone to explain this $1100 garnishment coming out of my payroll check that is already completed and paid for under the $7000 that they first initiated started with.
