I'm especially very disappointed in this company, as well a several other companies that offer business valuation services. I called and asked to speak with someone about the service and the very polite receptionist took my information and promised me that a partner would be back to me that day. Well it didn't happen, so I called again and got voicemail. That same receptionist called me back an apologized on behalf of the partner who didn't call me back.
