Quick, reasonably priced, and actually spoke to me like a human. Way better experience than the last Denver firm I used.
What unprofessional people. Today I was met by a dirty, unidentified process server who spoke almost no English, to hand me a deposition order for a case I have no interest in. I got handed a deposition with the businesses office suite address and company name of a company I do independent contracting services for—while sitting at my home. Searching public records for my home address and disturbing me in my private space without doing proper research is just Disgusting. This Firm has aided abetted criminal activities under Workmen Comp, it's partner in crime often times other attorneys, either private or cloth under Pinnacle Assurance here on Lowry Airforce base owned by its horrible partner Fitzsimmons Army, Colorado University and Hospital, Denver University, all thieves, CO conspiracy in Murder, homicides, forced disappearances of Descendants of Land Holders, Descendants of Commission Officers, Presidents of America, Abraham Lincoln. BEWARE and plse shop further!!! When you deal with Kurt Bond and his team, you are in for a huge bill you didn't sign up for. We asked him for a quote for a civil case before starting the procedure, but after we deposited the retainer, all at a sudden he could not "remember" the fee we agreed upon and we end up paying a big bill! He already had a poor reputation with Alverson Taylor in Las Vegas before...BEWARE!!!
