They do a great job for their clients, but now if you’re on the opposite side of the court, they will come at you very aggressively, unfairly, and almost intimidatingly. They will take advantage of your lack of knowledge, and use bad practices in my opinion if you are trying to negotiate anything with them. I would suggest getting an attorney if you’re dealing with these people. I did not, I handled them myself. Quick, reasonably priced, and actually spoke to me like a human. Way better experience than the last Denver firm I used.
What unprofessional people. Today I was met by a dirty, unidentified process server who spoke almost no English, to hand me a deposition order for a case I have no interest in. I got handed a deposition with the businesses office suite address and company name of a company I do independent contracting services for—while sitting at my home. Searching public records for my home address and disturbing me in my private space without doing proper research is just Disgusting. Why did this team not contact the principals of the bus... read more
